I had high hopes, but the experience fell short of expectations. The customer service was slow to respond and not very helpful. When my order arrived, it was not the quality I was promised. I felt like I was navigating a maze just to get the information I needed. Overall, it wasn't a smooth process, and I wouldn’t recommend it. 😕
