Eu realmente quero ter uma concessionária de motocicletas local e posso apoiar e respeitar. Um dia talvez Mcdonough o faça. Acabei de ligar para a concessionária para fazer uma pergunta simples, três vezes o departamento de peças não atendeu o telefone e me encaminhou de volta para Amanda. O ponto positivo é que Amanda atende o telefone. Ninguém mais o faz. Dois anos atrás eu tinha dinheiro para comprar uma Honda CR 250 L e entrei duas vezes nesta concessionária para comprar uma, e nas duas vezes eu esperei para ver se alguém viria e perguntaria se eu precisava de ajuda. Em ambas as vezes, nenhuma pessoa me perguntou se eu precisava de alguma coisa. Então, gastei 6.000 dólares por um novo Honda em outra concessionária.

Primeira ligação, obteve resposta e supostamente foi encaminhada para o serviço. Depois de 5 minutos em espera, o telefone tocou, então eu esperava que eu atendesse. Não, ele literalmente tocou por 1 minuto e então eles simplesmente desligaram. Ligado de volta, eles não atendem a todos. Eu tenho 5 bicicletas e este lugar não profissional NUNCA vai pegar meu negócio. Eu vou para Conyers.

Vi um vídeo no YouTube sobre como o serviço era ruim aqui e como os gerentes são horríveis. Eu nem moro na Geórgia, mas só quero dizer às pessoas que querem comprar uma motocicleta aqui que não comprem. Eu prometo que você será ferrado por gerentes, equipe de vendas e mecânicos.
