Este lugar foi absolutamente a pior coisa que poderia ter acontecido à minha mãe ... e ela passou por muitas coisas na vida! Estávamos lá para enfermagem especializada e fisioterapia. Ela ficou lá 5 dias e eles a levantaram para andar UMA VEZ. depois disso, ela se sentou em uma cadeira de rodas .... ficando mais fraca. Acabou sendo levada a vida para Austin por falta de cuidado com sua dieta sem sódio. Até agora temos estado. em Austin por 2 semanas e não há fim à vista. Não deixe isso acontecer com sua amada!

Sujo e nojento, sempre cheirava a urina no corredor 4. Tinha morado na área de jantar com minha mãe porque o fedor de urina era insuportável! Minha mãe tinha uma tosse leve e estava fraca. Demorou 2 dias para a enfermeira examiná-la. Liguei um dia e disseram que ela estava muito bem! Rolando em sua cadeira de rodas. Tenho observado o cuidado e é por isso que dificilmente perdia um dia de visita. Um dia eu liguei, pedi para falar com minha mãe. Eu fui desconectado uma vez, liguei de volta e minha mãe não conseguiu falar comigo! Entrei no carro e, quando cheguei, deram xarope para a tosse. Ela estava obviamente muito doente, então finalmente sua temperatura foi medida. Peço para a enfermeira fazer um e disse que estava com pneumonia, mas ela estava ativa e forte no dia anterior mas eu vou no dia anterior ???? Eles queriam tratá-la lá e não tinha jeito! Pedi a ela que fosse a Detar e a enfermeira encarregada da noite foi muito rude comigo. Eu disse a ela que ela estava indo para DeTar. Enquanto a limpava porque outro hospital veria como são imundos os residentes que não podem se cuidar, conversei com vários auxiliares e uma enfermeira. Eles ficaram muito chateados e ambos disseram que não havia comunicação entre os turnos. Acho que fica mais fácil quando eles podem usar a desculpa que eu não conhecia! Já ouvi isso deles tantas vezes! Eu sugeri maneiras de se comunicar já que não consigo descobrir como fazê-lo!
Minha mãe morreu de pneumonia, foi uma morte dolorosa e agonizante. Foi uma morte que não deveria ter acontecido. Acho que é um paciente a menos que eles podem ignorar porque foi isso que eu vi no Corredor 4. Faça o mínimo possível e sempre aja como se você não soubesse de nada!
Perdi meu melhor amigo e único parente. Minha mãe sempre estava sorrindo e sempre dizia por favor e obrigada. Tenho pena dos moradores que não têm ninguém para checá-los diariamente.
Coloquei aqui neste local porque não houve vagas em Vitória. Eu não deixaria meu cachorro ficar a noite toda naquele lugar! E o roubo que continua, horrível. Nem posso ir lá.
Eu só quero visitar minha mãe mais do que qualquer coisa no mundo, mas eu não posso, eu nunca posso vê-la e isso é tão errado !!!

Não o melhor. Você sempre tem que manter os olhos abertos e certificar-se de que eles estão falando sobre como você está vivo.
A roupa de cama nem sempre é limpa, tem que dizer para eles trocarem a roupa de cama. Às vezes, esquecem de levar meu pai para comer na sala de jantar e ele fica sem comer. E às vezes eles esquecem que ele ainda está na sala de jantar, então ele fica sentado lá até que alguém o leve de volta para seu quarto.
Também é muito fedido.
Eu sei que eles podem fazer melhor.
