Eu não teria dado estrelas a eles se pudesse. Cerca de um mês atrás, enquanto esperava na fila do terminal LAX International em frente à Norwegian Airlines, um funcionário da Aviation Safeguards deixou algumas pessoas (acredito que ela conhecia as pessoas enquanto conversavam por 10 minutos antes de entrar na fila) pular na frente de um grupo outros na linha. Era uma fila lenta, pelo menos 40-50 pessoas esperando. Quando perguntei por que ela fez isso, sua resposta foi "Sim, sim, todos vocês entrarão no avião, qual é o problema" e ela riu. Isso foi depois que fui abusada verbalmente por um dos passageiros que ela deixou entrar. A mulher disse que não gostou do jeito que eu olhei para ela (?) E xingou e xingou eu e meu marido. O funcionário da Aviation Safeguards apenas ficou lá, assistiu a coisa toda e riu. Pedi seu nome e número do crachá, mas ela recusou, o que é contra as regras. Escrevi para a Aviation Safeguards, mas nenhuma resposta. Empresa totalmente irresponsável e rude e funcionários ineptos e não funcionais.

Grupo de trabalhadores rudes e inúteis. Eu interrompi 3 mulheres fofocando em um horário tão movimentado hoje (quinta-feira, 31 de maio às 8h20). Eu precisava de ajuda com 6 sacolas grandes e perguntei se havia alguém que pudesse me ajudar a carregá-las, já que eu estava sozinha. Eles me olham de cara feia quando eu pergunto, porque eles estavam no meio de uma conversa. Eles também me deram a informação errada e me disseram que não havia ninguém para ajudar e que a Alaska Airlines não tem mais ajuda com Bag. Bem, isso está incorreto porque quando perguntei a um MAN da Alaska Airlines, ele imediatamente me indicou a pessoa que poderia me ajudar. Eles são apenas um bando de trabalhadores DESCONHECIDOS, Ciumentos e provavelmente ILEGAIS.
