Chamamos esta empresa para fazer o assentamento do nosso jardim, um vendedor veio várias vezes para ver o terreno e fazer um balanço das obras a realizar, sem aparentemente reparar no tipo de terreno que tínhamos. Antes do serviço, outra pessoa da empresa apenas estipulou que o orçamento estava errado quando já tínhamos assinado e feito o depósito. Cuidado com o excedente depois que a cotação for validada. No primeiro dia, o trabalho foi árduo e bem executado, mas julgado muito lento pela gerência e isso levou a um trabalho de má qualidade para terminar no prazo. Que também é visível em nosso jardim. A terra paga e trazida por seus cuidados provavelmente continha ervas daninhas. O que gera disparidade de turfing em todo o terreno. Muito poucos conselhos e acompanhamento do cliente depois que o cheque foi descontado e não espere vê-los novamente. Resposta do gerenciamento de limite ofensivo e nenhuma proposta para compensar o trabalho. Não recomendo esta empresa para fazer o sodding do seu jardim. É uma pena porque pegamos a empresa que era mais cara esperando ter o serviço com o preço. Sem respeito pelo cliente.
