A falta de profissionalismo demonstrada por Tom facilitou minha decisão de descontinuar o serviço e deixar os 23 hospitais VCA restantes em nossa área saberem sobre o serviço que recebemos. Devido a um trabalho ruim no hospital nos últimos meses e dando um período de carência de 15 dias para consertar a situação, Tom achou que seria uma boa ideia ficar fora de nosso local de trabalho para manter uma conversa com Saul sobre nosso hospital . Felizmente, um membro da nossa equipe estava em seu intervalo para o almoço e ouviu Tom dizer "Faça o que for preciso para calá-la". Isso está além de inaceitável e anti-profissional e você, Tom, deveria ter uma vergonha incrível de si mesmo.
