Alguns apartamentos não possuem ar condicionado dependendo da orientação. No entanto, antes de eu comprar um apartamento fora do plano, foi prometido que para os apartamentos sem ar condicionado, eles fornecerão dutos instalados no teto para que se eu quiser instalar o ar condicionado, eu só tenho que instalar a unidade externa. Isso é sensato porque os dutos precisam ser instalados antes do teto. Porém, depois de receber o apartamento, percebi que não há dutos instalados como prometido. Falei com muitos instaladores de CA diferentes e o consenso é que, devido à falta de espaço livre e layout do prédio, é extremamente difícil instalar o CA (para sistema dividido ou sistema de dutos). Parte do meu teto também precisa ser removida durante a instalação ac. Isso está me custando uma fortuna e estou absolutamente indignado que Country Garden não cumpriu o que prometeu. Falei com muitos proprietários e eles estão passando pela mesma situação. Eu não entendo por que nos dias de hoje na Austrália por que alguém vai pensar que está tudo bem não ter AC em seu apartamento. Country Garden é um desenvolvedor chinês que engana os proprietários apenas para obter alguma economia para eles.
