Mudamos minha mãe aqui em maio deste ano. É uma instalação atraente - aparência limpa e bem decorada. Mamãe adora seu apartamento de canto bem iluminado, pelo qual somos gratos, mas há uma série de preocupações que tornam nossa experiência pessoal menos do que ideal e os custos com cuidados aumentam rapidamente. Após 2 meses com a equipe solicitando e administrando medicamentos, percebemos que ela não estava recebendo todos os medicamentos dentro do prazo. Às vezes, prescrições que precisavam de recargas eram pedidas, mas não recebidas quando necessário. Ela estava sendo cobrada quase $ 900 por mês e não recebia todos os seus remédios. Então, a gente reassumiu o cuidado. Existem vários problemas de comunicação. Chamadas feitas para números postados não são atendidas em tempo hábil. Não há enfermeira disponível durante a noite. A equipe da recepção da recepção é inconsistente - nunca nos fins de semana, e o acesso pela porta da frente para os hóspedes é difícil nos fins de semana, quando muitas pessoas visitam, devido a uma campainha que raramente funciona, às vezes é simplesmente rotulada com uma placa escrita à mão, fora de serviço e nenhuma maneira de entrar, exceto esperar que um residente ou membro da equipe perceba e deixe você entrar. A participação em eventos planejados é muito baixa - não necessariamente por culpa da equipe ou da gerência, mas é desanimador para a mamãe ir a um filme com apenas dois outros. Os membros da equipe são gentis. Parece haver uma falta geral de gerenciamento coeso e atenção aos detalhes que fazem uma grande diferença. A instalação tem potencial, mas os sistemas e a supervisão precisam de melhorias.

Mudei minha mãe aqui para cuidar da memória no ano passado. Eles eram atenciosos e respeitosos. Eu só queria ter tirado ela mais cedo de seu tratamento assistido anterior.
