Since I informed them that they need to explain why I should spend hours compiling this new report on all the leads they ALREADY had reports for, they basically accused me of being rude and closed our account. These people are useless snowflakes that will suffer the same fate as all businesses that care more about their thin-skinned feelings than numbers, revenue, clients, and business.
