Na minha opinião, não vale o dinheiro. Estávamos em Laguardia às 16h, o traslado não chegava até as 17h e não nos levava ao nosso hotel (Hilton) até as 18h30, após pegar outros no caminho. Achei que 2 1/2 horas para o hotel era inaceitável. Deveríamos ligar no dia anterior para nossa partida, estava em letras pequenas na parte inferior do voucher e, embora você tenha definido a data e o horário de partida no site ao comprar a reserva, acho que não não significa nada. Desde que ligamos na manhã em que estávamos partindo, eles não tinham ninguém para nos buscar e eles não devolveriam nosso dinheiro. Pegamos um táxi, nos custou cerca de US $ 50 com gorjeta (que é quase o que pagamos com o Continental Guest Services) e chegamos lá em 1/2 hora. Faça um favor a si mesmo e pegue um táxi, você não vai se arrepender!
