Esta empresa é mal administrada. Nos últimos 6 anos. Repetidamente ficamos sem propano no meio do inverno, quando as temperaturas eram mínimas ou mais baixas. Só depois de contatá-los com a ameaça de processá-los por quaisquer danos que pudessem ocorrer, eles responderam. Recentemente, cometemos um erro e não pagamos o valor correto em uma conta em janeiro. A empresa enviou faturas subsequentes notificando-nos de que fomos pagos integralmente. Até 3 meses após a nossa notificação do último dia de serviço devido à venda da nossa casa, e 2 meses após a nossa última fatura ter sido recebida no nosso novo endereço. Que, também foi pago integralmente com base na única conta no envelope. Então, recebemos notificação de inadimplência da fatura de janeiro não da empresa, mas de uma agência de cobrança !!!! Teríamos prazer em pagar os 90,00 diferentes se eles simplesmente nos tivessem informado. Não houve necessidade de nos enviar para coleta. E ser enviado para coleções porque eles não conseguiram manter os registros adequados é inaceitável.
