Foi uma experiência horrível. Fizemos um pedido enorme para preencher um novo prédio de escritórios e ficamos com algumas caixas de gavetas fechadas (não personalizadas). Liguei para solicitar a devolução dos itens e fui informado que havia uma taxa de reabastecimento de 50%. Isso nunca foi divulgado no front end. Também me disseram que eles não podiam mais falar comigo e que eu precisava encontrar um revendedor. Eu perguntei a ela "então você não fala com seus clientes?" e ela simplesmente disse "não".
