É pelo que você paga. É a opção de hospedagem mais barata para os alunos da USC, tem piscina e fica a menos de 4 minutos do campus, portanto, está convenientemente localizada. No entanto, falta iluminação no teto e, dependendo do apartamento, você não receberá muita luz solar.
