Pessoas muito amigáveis, mas um de seus agentes, chamado John, faz negócios duvidosos e não revela problemas com propriedades. Havia uma infestação de mofo na propriedade. Eles deveriam divulgar informações como essa para mim antes que eu perca meu tempo ... além do molde existem muitos problemas com a propriedade que não foram mencionados. É triste que o agente atraia um potencial comprador e espere até o último minuto para lhe contar a lista de 2 páginas de problemas e correções que precisam ser feitas. O maior chute na bunda foi que o agente está tentando vender uma propriedade que não pode ser vendida até que um enorme processo judicial seja resolvido com o vizinho ao lado. Parece um ótimo lugar para morar ... certo?
