Serviço realmente ruim. Alugamos uma pequena unidade de escritório em Utrecht com a agência parceira Ans de wijn. Pagamos o aluguel a partir de 1 de abril. Mas até 21 de abril podemos finalmente pegar nossas chaves. Entrei em contato com ambas as partes várias vezes e Ans de wijn até me respondeu: "Não posso ajudá-lo com as chaves." Finalmente, eles me disseram que a chave está na cozinha do prédio de escritórios. Mas há tantas chaves para todas as unidades de escritório em todo o andar, e eles me disseram um número errado !!! Então, tenho que tentar essas chaves uma por uma até encontrar a correta !!! Além disso, no contrato afirmamos, temos acesso 24 horas por dia, 7 dias por semana ao edifício de escritórios. Mas até hoje 28 de abril, ainda não recebemos nenhuma chave da porta de entrada do prédio, pois a porta de entrada fecha todos os domingos !!! Além do mais, a caixa de correio também não está pronta para ser usada e não temos chaves !!! Eu escrevi um e-mail para eles, mas eles não responderam. E também é difícil ligar para eles! Parece que ninguém está tentando resolver o problema para nós! A Ans de wijn disse que devemos contactar a CBRE, mas a CBRE disse que já informou a Ans de wijn ... Que serviço péssimo ...
