O advogado de patentes com quem trabalhamos em relação à nossa patente foi Jennifer Archibald, portanto, minha análise se refere apenas a este advogado que trabalha para este escritório de advocacia. Em geral, não fiquei satisfeito com o serviço prestado pela Jennifer. Em vez de forma pouco profissional, ela nos cobrou um trabalho que nunca foi autorizado por nós e pior ainda quando levantamos esse assunto com ela, ao invés de aceitar, reconhecer e pedir desculpas pelos erros que ela cometeu; ela começa a comentar sobre o aumento de suas taxas para trabalhos futuros (não é a coisa mais sensata a fazer). A questão originalmente não ajudou pelo fato de que ela tinha se esforçado para entender os conceitos técnicos de nossa invenção, que levou mais de 3 semanas antes de ser capaz de nos retornar com feedback sobre um trabalho que foi atribuído a ela e isso também com a ajuda de seu advogado colega sênior que teve que ajudá-la. Suas taxas de cobranças por hora são comparáveis às dos Partners, o que é difícil de acreditar, dada a inexperiência e os baixos padrões de comportamento que testemunhamos, mas com toda a honestidade, achei este advogado muito pouco profissional e antiético em relação à maneira como ela se comportava.
