A única coisa que a Caremetx me ensinou foi sempre verificar os comentários. Se você está pensando em se candidatar a uma vaga, por favor, corra! A empresa não se preocupa com seus funcionários. Eu era um empreiteiro contratado para a temporada de alta temporada. Treinado por um mês inteiro por basicamente 2 semanas no telefone. Disseram-me que a designação terminou em meados de fevereiro. Nunca me disseram que era como o Survivor e que você poderia ser eliminado da ilha a qualquer momento. Eu entraria e seriam 20 empreiteiros a menos do que no dia anterior. O último dia da tarefa foi o bs menos profissional que já testemunhei. Nós (os contratados) todos sentados em nosso escritório em casa e o sistema simplesmente bloqueou todo mundo. A gerência veio através do chat e tentou fazer parecer que era um problema de TI, não disse mais nada, mas por favor, saia da sessão porque você receberá o pagamento até 7h15. Ainda não sabia o que estava acontecendo até que minha agência me ligou e disse que o trabalho havia terminado. LOLOL Achei que estava sonhando, porque sei que uma empresa não nos jogou fora como lixo. Não disse obrigado pelo seu tempo, nada. A desculpa deles era que os fundos da bc estavam abertos, eles eram lentos?!?! Então, por que contratar tantas pessoas?!?! E eu coloquei meu trabalho duro na energia no treinamento, bc nos disseram que eles iriam contratar de 5 a 10 pessoas, mas todos acabaram sendo demitidos. Então, se você está pensando em trabalhar aqui, eu realmente pensaria novamente. Eles fazem parecer que o trabalho é tão difícil. São alguns scripts que um aluno do HS pode fazer. Não era necessário nenhum conjunto de habilidades especiais para falar com o ppl pelo telefone, mas o treinamento durou 1 mês. Lol Vamos dizer DESPERDÍCIO DE TEMPO!
