Eles não podem conseguir uma cama ou uma ligt ou ao lado da cômoda em TRÊS MESES! Posso obter frete da CHINA em 21-24 dias! Eles devem usar um barco mais lento do que eu!

É triste quando você depende de um concentrador de oxigênio, que é usado há 5 semanas em nossa casa. Duas vezes a máquina não funcionou, luzes de serviço vermelhas e alarme contínuo tocando. Lee, do departamento de serviço, disse que não há nada errado, n temos 4 horas de oxigênio no tanque de viagem. BASICAMENTE ele vai nos cobrar para sair, nunca disse quanto. Achei que luz de serviço significa máquina de serviço, como uma luz de aviso de carro, isso vai acontecer. ATENDIMENTO DEFICIENTE AO CLIENTE! Pretendo avisar o Medicare. Cobranças de serviço para 5 semanas usadas parecem uma empresa de embuste planejando arrecadar dinheiro com taxas de serviço.

Minha experiência com Caremax tem sido horrível !!! Liguei para avisar que minha mãe tinha escorregado da cadeira por causa das almofadas ... eles mandaram alguém sair e ele disse que eu não tinha trancado direito ... quando usei as almofadas de novo ... ela slides !!! Desta vez, estourou a úlcera de pressão em seu calcanhar.

O hoyer lift caiu duas vezes na cabeça dela ... na segunda vez que tentei pegá-lo ... tropecei nele e caiu e ele pousou no pescoço da minha mãe. Liguei para eles e avisei e eles nunca mais ligaram ... hoje eu liguei e pedi para falar com os proprietários sobre o que tinha acontecido ... eles me disseram repetidamente que os proprietários não estavam e passariam a mensagem ... os proprietários ligariam se tivessem um minuto.

Eu nunca falei com os proprietários ... Eu acho que é ABSOLUTAMENTE HORRIDO eles não se importariam o suficiente para me ligar de volta !!!

Além disso ... quando o cara estava me ensinando como usar o hoyer lift ... ele pegou um resfriado e eu tive que limpar tudo que ele tocou enquanto ele estava aqui.
