O tratamento não foi caloroso, nem cortês, nem amigável. Sim, é muito caro e também cobram uma milhagem que não está de acordo com o roteiro.

Eu não recomendo isso de forma alguma. Não explicaram, não foram claros com o contrato e quem foi prejudicado foi o meu velho. "VOCÊ PAGA PELO SERVIÇO PARA RECEBER ANTECIPADAMENTE, SE NÃO RECEBER" FALSO. Pediram inicialmente três dias, me falaram que era preciso pagar adiantado, então reduzimos para dois dias apenas porque era todo o dinheiro que tínhamos na hora. Porém, depois do segundo dia, a enfermeira continua vindo e agora querem me cobrar retroativamente pelos dias adicionais que foi. Mas então, você não está me dizendo que eu não posso agüentar aquele terceiro dia porque eu não tenho o dinheiro, mas você continua vindo SEM ME INFORMAR e agora quer me cobrar retroativamente? Por que isso não foi feito inicialmente quando pedi o terceiro dia e não tinha o dinheiro? Não faz nenhum sentido. A enfermeira, segundo meu pai, era segunda e quarta fazia duas horas e ela saiu dizendo que ia voltar e nunca voltou. O REPRESENTANTE FICOU COMUNICADO, eles continuaram como gravadores falando a mesma bobagem e acabaram me dizendo "bom, você já assinou o contrato, você tem que pagar". Ah e ainda por cima era segunda e quarta-feira e a pessoa (PQ ELES NÃO SÃO ENFERMEIRAS, SÃO PALAVRAS-CHAVE E QUEREM CARREGÁ-LO COMO ENFERMEIRAS) aparece na TERÇA-FEIRA e eu queria pagar a ele naquele dia também. Eles se aproveitaram da saúde do meu velho para continuar me enganando. Eles não têm comunicação interna entre eles e não sabem o que está acontecendo com sua empresa.

RECOMENDO ACIMA DESTA EMPRESA SCAMMING O CUIDADO PERSONALIZADO DE GERONTOLOGIA CLINICA CSIS. MELHOR ATENDIMENTO, MUITO MELHOR QUALIDADE E ESTÃO CLAROS COM O QUE VAI E NÃO VAI ACONTECER NO CONTRATO. AO MESMO TEMPO TÊM MELHOR CUIDADO DA PESSOA E SE FOREM ENFERMEIRAS.
