Tive autorização e liguei para este local para marcar hora. A recepcionista pediu meus registros anteriores e disse que, depois de recebê-los, o médico Harrup teria que examiná-los e decidir se queria me ver ou não. Pedi a meu outro médico para enviar meus registros aos cirurgiões oftalmologistas da Califórnia. Depois, liguei para os cirurgiões oftalmologistas da Califórnia uma segunda vez para ver se eles revisavam meus registros. A recepcionista pegou o telefone e disse que me ligaria de volta em 30 minutos. para me avisar. Ninguém me ligou de volta. Liguei para os cirurgiões oculares da Califórnia pela terceira vez. Eu tive que explicar tudo desde implorar e lembrá-la de tudo do zero. Então ela disse que temos que revisar os registros e ligar de volta para você. Esperei mais 2 dias e não ouvi mais nada, então liguei novamente. A mesma recepcionista atendeu o telefone me colocou na espera por um tempo e ela voltou e disse, "desculpe senhor doutor revisou seus registros e disse que ela não está aceitando um paciente adulto agora por causa do Covid-19." Estou perguntando a ela, mas você sabia pela minha autorização e pelo meu primeiro telefonema que sou um adulto, então por que você não me disse no primeiro dia que eu sou um adulto e que o médico Harrup não está aceitando nenhum paciente adulto? A recepcionista responde que o médico teve que revisar seus registros primeiro. Fiquei chocado e não consegui encontrar nenhuma conexão entre revisar meus registros e minha idade para que o doutor Harrup decidisse me ver ou não, e isso não fazia sentido algum para mim. Este é um ato de discriminação porque depois de revisar meus registros, eles me dizem oh não vemos paciente adulto. Eu não recomendaria este lugar a ninguém, pois eles são golpistas e têm um problema profundo de gestão.
