Billy fez uma demolição e remodelação completa de nosso banheiro e toalete. Seu trabalho é perfeito. Orientado muito detalhadamente o que é ótimo! Manteve a área de trabalho extremamente limpa. Muito conhecedor em todos os aspectos da remodelação, ou seja, encanamento, eletricidade, Sheetrock, azulejos, pintura, molduras. Trabalhou de perto conosco em todos os aspectos do planejamento, dando recomendações para evitar que tomássemos decisões erradas. Liguei para um orçamento para a instalação de uma porta de vidro deslizante. Falei com Billy Burke. Billy me informou que estava reservado até o inverno. No entanto, Billy ainda ficou ao telefone comigo por 10 minutos. Explicando todo o processo, o que ele envolve, bem como me dando informações valiosas sobre o próprio processo / porta. Ele então me deu o que ele iria me cobrar (se ele tivesse disponibilidade) que era de longe um preço justo. Mesmo que ele não pudesse aceitar meu emprego, ele ainda foi gentil o suficiente para me dizer um preço justo e explicar tudo para mim. Estou ansioso para falar com Billy novamente no inverno a respeito de terminar meu porão. Ele realmente deixou uma impressão duradoura!
