Não se deixe enganar! Ótima primeira impressão, mas péssimo acompanhamento. Limpezas programadas perdidas sem ligação ou e-mail. Sem acompanhamento. Pouca atenção aos detalhes e não fez um bom trabalho. Tive que cancelar nosso contrato por falha no desempenho de acordo com o escopo de serviços proposto. Eles não apareceram para reclamar sua propriedade ou devolver as chaves do nosso prédio.

Não sei se encontrei o pior serviço ao cliente. O serviço de atendimento deles é o PIOR, não tenho certeza de quem eles usam, mas liberaria o contrato imediatamente!
