Que lugar HORRÍVEL, lamento ter deixado meus filhos freqüentarem o clube Boys & Girls. O distrito escolar enviou um e-mail aos pais notificando a todos que fizeram parceria com eles para acomodar o Ensino à Distância. Tenho um filho de 5 e 6 anos e não havia um dia em que o dever de casa estava completo. Quando enviei um e-mail para a coordenadora do local perguntando por que ela me disse que eles não podiam trabalhar com todas as crianças individualmente e, se não gostássemos disso, podemos procurar creches em outro lugar. Depois disso, meu filho começou a receber "inscrições" e fomos informados de que, após 3 avaliações, a criança seria expulsa do programa. Minha esposa contatou o diretor porque meu filho tem TDAH e é hiper por natureza e nenhuma vez eles nos disseram que isso seria um problema. A Diretora nos garantiu que ela iria se certificar de que nossos filhos completassem o dever de casa, isso era INACEITÁVEL e ela perguntou se poderíamos trazer alguns brinquedos de mexer para ele e nós trouxemos. Agora, na manhã seguinte, o Coordenador do Local me perguntou se eu trouxe para meu filho seus brinquedos de agitação por orientação do Diretor e eu disse que sim e dei a ela uma sacola cheia de brinquedos de agitação. Mais tarde naquele dia, recebemos uma ligação dizendo que meu filho de 6 anos não está ouvindo e continua tirando a máscara, então eles vão ter que retirá-lo do programa. Minha esposa perguntou a ela que tal tentar trabalhar com ele, ele tem TDAH e você mesmo mencionou que entende as dificuldades que isso traz. Ela nos disse que "minha equipe não está equipada para trabalhar com crianças com TDAH" Eu não pensei que uma criança pudesse ser expulsa por causa de um problema de saúde! UAU! Estou em total descrença e espero que ninguém mais tenha que passar por isso. Eu daria estrelas negativas se isso fosse uma opção!

Adoro ver o Boys and Girls Club de Stanislaus County causando um grande impacto na próxima geração. Eles continuam a servir nossos jovens tão bem e tenho orgulho de apoiá-los em seus esforços.
