Trabalho para o BLM há mais de 4 meses e já tive muitos problemas trabalhistas. BLM tem uma empresa sob eles chamada Imediatamente dirigida por um Sr. Jeff Polion. Desde que trabalhamos para este trabalho, eles nos obrigaram a fazer coisas para as quais não somos treinados ou equipados. Eles nos forçaram a remover o mofo e o amianto e não fornecem materiais de segurança adequados para fazer esses trabalhos e não foram treinados adequadamente em primeiro lugar. Eles nos fazem carregar equipamentos movidos a gás em nossos veículos de trabalho enquanto respiramos a fumaça. A falta de comunicação foi horrível. O pagamento que nos é dado aos trabalhadores horistas e o salário não compensa o perigo e as condições inseguras que trabalhamos todos os dias. Quando falamos com os superiores, somos surpreendidos e informados de que são as pessoas abaixo deles que têm a última palavra em tudo o que fazemos. Se alguém tiver uma reclamação legal contra esta empresa, tenho documentos com fotos e as provas necessárias para abrir um processo cível contra esta empresa. Ainda estou empregado e não vou tolerar a injustiça no trabalho árduo que colocamos em uma empresa que não se importa conosco.
