Marquei uma consulta para fazer um teste para o meu casamento. Ela disse que para reservar o grande dia, ela precisaria da metade do custo das minhas damas de honra e de mim como depósito. Achei que isso seria pago no momento do teste que eu tinha acabado de reservar. Aparentemente, ela acha que eu deveria pagar antes mesmo de ver seu trabalho, mas não comunicou isso. Hoje recebo um e-mail de que outra pessoa estava perguntando sobre a data do meu casamento. Eu respondi que iria agendar e tentei confirmar minha consulta e ela me disse que reservou cílios naquele dia. Isso está no mesmo e-mail em que minha consulta foi confirmada. Ela não se desculpou. Ela apenas insistiu que eu deveria pagar meu depósito. Além de tudo isso, ela queria que eu pagasse $ 20 para dirigir até o meu local, que fica literalmente a menos de 10 minutos de carro de seu negócio. Eu irei para outro lugar.
