Este representante Maurizio Superti depois de apresentar e querer conhecer meu produto e depois de trocar cartões corporativos me propôs representar nossa marca na Itália. Depois de falar e comentar as suas intenções para tal, deram-me nomes de jogadores do Padel e do mundo do futebol italiano que podem estar envolvidos no projecto. Concordamos em continuar conversando e ver a possibilidade de enviar algumas pás de teste para testar o produto e depois devolvê-las à marca. Assim fizemos, enviamos oito unidades com contrato de trinta dias para teste e devolução do material ou pagamento dele, de 2014 até a data.
Depois de muitos telefonemas e evasivos por estes com insultos telefónicos incluídos perdemos o produto e o negócio.
Perdemos 2.080 nesta operação, contando material e postagem.
Para que isto não aconteça mais e como resultado escrevo e deixo esta minha experiência com dois dos representantes desta marca.
Ainda estou aguardando a devolução do material ou reembolsado economicamente.
Eu perdôo, mas não esqueço.
