Alugamos um carro desta concessionária em julho. O próprio carro está bem. A experiência da concessionária NÃO foi. Fique longe e compre seu Volvo em outro lugar. Depois de termos escolhido um carro e acertado o valor do aluguel, nos encontramos com uma senhora que foi muito convincente em nos vender os seguros, acrescentando uma parcela significativa ao nosso pagamento. Eu perguntei especificamente se poderíamos cancelar a qualquer momento, e a resposta foi que receberíamos um reembolso total se decidirmos cancelar. Julie explicou que o pagamento permaneceria o mesmo, mas o crédito no valor total do custo do seguro seria devolvido. Voltei para casa, fiz uma pesquisa e percebi que seguro não é o que eu quero. Solicitei o cancelamento imediato (nas primeiras duas semanas dirigindo o carro), por entender que estou dentro de um período de carência para cancelar sem custo de pronates. Também fui levado a acreditar que não haverá custo de financiamento do seguro se eu cancelar (por que haveria se eu cancelasse .. Quando liguei, Julie tentou insistir que ninguém havia cancelado antes, então no follow up ela disse que está muito ocupada e terá que fazer isso depois do final do mês. Então, parecia que tínhamos que enviar outro aviso de cancelamento onde o contrato de empréstimo deveria ser indicado por escrito. Acabamos recebendo um crédito que era cerca de US $ 1.000 abaixo o que adicionamos ao contrato de arrendamento se somarmos o aumento no pagamento em 35 termos de pagamento e compararmos com a meta de crédito emitida para a conta da Volvo. A Volvo não quer ter nada a ver com isso. Julie afirma que ela avisa em outro departamento agora o gerente Sam não está respondendo a vários telefonemas para resolver o problema. Parece que esta concessionária simplesmente me enganou para receber comissões de seguro. Ótima maneira de ganhar $ 1000 ou mais. Vou denunciá-los às agências de defesa do consumidor ... por favor Faz não confie neles.

E ESSA CITAÇÃO FOI PARA "LIMPAR E LUBRIFICAR AS COISAS" QUE SÃO APENAS BOGUS. MEUS FREIOS SÃO FINOS E ROTORES COMO NOVO E MEU MECÂNICO CONFIRMOU ISSO. NUNCA COMPRAREI NENHUMA COISA NEM TEREI NENHUM SERVIÇO REALIZADO EM NENHUM REVENDEDOR ASSOCIADO AO GRUPO BERNARDI AUTO.
