Muito decepcionado com este escritório. Durante todos os problemas com COVID-19 que as empresas estão enfrentando, eles não estão dispostos a trabalhar com uma empresa. Perdemos mais de 90% de nossas vendas devido à COVID19 e, ainda assim, fomos assediados por nosso pagamento de licença não estar lá na data de vencimento. Disseram que seríamos encerrados se o pagamento não estivesse lá na data de vencimento, apesar de podermos fornecer a prova de que fizemos um pagamento e que tudo dependia do USPS. Kristen, a representante. Eu trabalhei com, era muito realista e indiferente ao assunto. Mais uma vez, estou muito desapontado neste escritório pela falta de compaixão com os negócios da sua área.

Fui ao departamento de saúde do condado de Berkeley para tomar minha vacina contra a gripe na sexta-feira, 27 de setembro de 2019. Estive lá entre 11h45 e 12h. Entrei imediatamente, pois quase não havia ninguém na sala de espera. Quando voltei, uma enfermeira muito simpática (desculpe, não peguei o nome dela) com cabelos loiros administrou a injeção. Devo dizer que quase não senti a agulha e NUNCA senti dor no resto do dia ou mesmo no sábado de manhã! Ela era maravilhosa e sabia o que estava fazendo! Por favor, diga a ela o excelente trabalho que ela fez!

Não tenho certeza sobre as reclamações, mas vou dizer que Kelley é ótimo! Ela ouve meus problemas e encontra soluções rapidamente. Sempre tão atencioso e fácil de conversar. As mulheres da frente parecem muito legais para mim também, sem queixas de qualquer tipo!

As pessoas que trabalham no departamento de saúde têm sido maravilhosas. Minha família e eu recebemos vacinas contra a gripe, educação comunitária e suprimentos para partos em casa. Cada experiência foi melhor do que o esperado. Tenho orgulho de ter essas pessoas servindo à nossa comunidade.
