Usei esses caras anos atrás devido ao fato de serem recomendados. Apresentei uma declaração de imposto de renda para eles daquele ano, enquanto estávamos fazendo os impostos, eu mencionei que não tinha apresentado no ano anterior. A mulher me disse que eu legalmente não poderia fazer isso até apresentar a declaração de imposto do ano anterior. Isso sem o meu conhecimento na época não é o caso. Então, alguns meses depois, estou em Brisbane para fazer a minha declaração de imposto de renda, vou a outra empresa para fazer isso e eles precisam de algumas informações sobre isso. Liguei para a Austax e falei com Chris, que se recusou a me ajudar porque "fizemos o trabalho e não seremos pagos por isso". Não, seu funcionário me deu informações erradas apenas para ganhar mais dinheiro e você foi pego de calças abertas. Ele se ofereceu para eu voltar e, claro, pagar o preço total para que fosse feito corretamente, mas eu já tinha entrado então por que iria perder meu tempo. Absolutamente não recomendo.
