ATENDIMENTO AO CLIENTE EXTREMAMENTE FRACO> O produto que recebi é bom. Devolvido recentemente uma parte dele para reparo / substituição em garantia Fornecimento de instruções de envio específicas; no entanto, o item reparado foi enviado para um endereço diferente. Consegui, por meio do aviso de remessa da UPS, detectar o erro e alterar o endereço com a UPS. Notifica Augusta MS sobre o erro, a cobrança de $ 16,54 para corrigi-lo e solicita reembolso. Três semanas se passaram e não recebi nenhuma resposta e nenhum reembolso.

Deixei uma mensagem telefônica com o atendimento ao cliente e ninguém a retornou após 2 horas e meia.
Foram necessários vários telefonemas de acompanhamento de minha parte para finalmente conseguir que um supervisor interviesse e localizasse minha bomba com defeito em seu depósito, depois de estar em sua posse por 6 dias.
O supervisor disse que seria processado hoje, então estou cruzando os dedos para que isso realmente aconteça.
Se eu não conseguir um número de rastreamento hoje, postarei outro comentário negativo.
