Eu apresentei um problema que estava tendo com um equipamento e eles se esforçaram para me enviar uma unidade de demonstração para testar. Fiquei impressionado com a qualidade do produto, mas o mais importante, fiquei impressionado com a qualidade do serviço. Definitivamente, eu os recomendaria a outra pessoa.
TraduzidoAVE instalou um sistema de áudio e vídeo em nossa igreja em 2006. No geral, o áudio funciona bem e soa muito bem. O grande problema que tivemos foi com o sistema de vídeo e o serviço que recebemos do AVE. Nos primeiros 2 anos, cada tweeter de nossos 3 alto-falantes principais falhou. Eles estavam na garantia, no entanto, o AVE ainda nos cobrou pelo tempo para substituí-los. O primeiro obviamente tínhamos um técnico inexperiente porque demorou 7 horas, das quais nos cobraram 7 horas inteiras. Na segunda e na terceira vez, levou apenas 1 hora para substituir o tweeter. Não parece certo ter que pagar por 6 horas de incompetência da parte deles.
Houve outra situação em que não pudemos usar nossos microfones sem fio no palco porque eles perderiam a conectividade. Após muitas horas de solução de problemas e pagando alguns milhares a mais em mão de obra e antenas muito caras, fomos direto ao fabricante dos microfones (Audio Technica, ótimo suporte técnico da parte deles) e eles enviaram um técnico que foi capaz de consertar o problema em questão de minutos, mostrando-nos uma opção de potência de transmissão em cada microfone. Mais uma vez, é triste termos pago todos aqueles milhares de dólares ao AVE por sua incompetência.
O sistema de vídeo está com problemas desde o dia em que foi instalado. É um sistema Barco BlendPro com 2 projetores. O sistema congela regularmente e temos que reiniciar a placa de controle. Existem vários outros problemas menores / principais que tentamos corrigir, no entanto, não podíamos continuar pagando AVE para sair e não ter o problema resolvido.
No geral, estou muito decepcionado com o serviço prestado pelo AVE. Embora tenham instalado um produto de alta qualidade e o sistema de áudio tenha um som muito bom e fácil de operar, os custos extras e a incompetência e má atitude de alguns de seus funcionários são indesculpáveis em minha opinião. Existem algumas pessoas muito legais e conhecedoras que trabalham lá e que dedicam seu tempo para fazer as coisas certas, mas, infelizmente, parecem ser a minoria.
