Após 1 ano de uso, o teclado parou de funcionar. O teclado estava na garantia de 3 anos e isso foi confirmado inicialmente pela assistência técnica da Iogear. Em seguida, eles me disseram que o teclado fazia parte de um lote que tinha garantia de apenas 90 dias e, portanto, não queriam substituí-lo / repará-lo. No momento da compra, não fui notificado de tal restrição porque comprei o teclado com a certeza de que tinha 3 anos de garantia. O que Iogear ofereceu foi ainda mais engraçado. Eles me disseram que me dariam $ 2 de desconto no próximo teclado (à venda por cerca de $ 18) e cobram $ 10 pelo envio.
