A melhor destilaria da cidade é a menor. Cada espírito na degustação foi bem equilibrado e elegante. O conhaque, o single malt e o rum foram os destaques para mim. Recomendo que você vá a este lugar e faça uma visita.

Loja local! Esta destilaria de absinto e gim é difícil de encontrar e não tem sinalização (procure o Art Egg Studio), mas vale a viagem. O proprietário irá guiá-lo através de seu processo, e você pode experimentar o gim e o absinto depois. Meu marido e eu gostamos particularmente de seu gin envelhecido em barril e absinto vermelho.

Euphrosine # 9, veio em duas variantes, tradicional e envelhecida em barril. Este último era verdadeiramente liso como seda carregada de complexidade e riqueza. Muito bebível e refinado. Para agradar ao paladar, com certeza.
