Instalamos um elevador desta marca porque eram os que mais tínhamos ouvido falar. De facto, embora o preço fosse ligeiramente mais elevado do que o da concorrência, escolhemos uma empresa local e não multinacional por razões óbvias de qualidade e para instalar um produto Rossini porque conseguiram fazer-nos compreender alguns mecanismos do "sector elevadores", onde basicamente aquela parcela gasta mais inicialmente é fonte de maiores garantias e confiabilidade do próprio produto e que teria retornado amplamente ao longo dos anos, economizando manutenções extraordinárias para a reposição de peças e componentes, que como todos sabemos bem hoje, muitas vezes venha hoje "construído" para não durar muito além da garantia do vendedor. Até à data, passaram-se dois abundantes anos desde a instalação e até agora, para além dos custos de manutenção programados, não nos pediram mais 1 euro do que o previsto e acordado e, francamente, posso dizer que se trata da seriedade. Por outro lado, esperamos que as garantias prestadas se confirmem nos próximos anos, continuando a confiar-lhes toda a gestão da fábrica.
