É uma pena que o pós-venda não seja muito perceptível a partir do conhecimento dos fatos. Até 2 vezes os reparadores falharam, então eu tive que consertar o problema sozinho. Sei que alguns têm boas intenções, mas pensar junto com o cliente é difícil.

Valor muito baixo para o dinheiro, os vendedores sempre sabem vender bem. Portanto, compare com antecedência com outras empresas!

Esta é uma empresa que não entende por seus clientes. Mesmo durante a crise de c0r0na, eles não pensam de forma alguma com os clientes que estão passando por dificuldades temporárias. O bom é que toda crise chegará ao fim :-). Depois do que, logicamente, é hora de dizer adeus a esses linha-duras antipáticos.

Isso com um slogan como Aconselhamento, Atenção e Atendimento indica exatamente o que está faltando.

Em suma, não fazer negócios com essas pessoas e de forma alguma durante uma crise.
