Terrível, simplesmente terrível. Tenho ido a este médico há mais de 20 anos. E a ganância levou a melhor sobre eles. Fiz um exame de bem-estar que deve ser 100% coberto pelo meu seguro. Tudo correu bem, pensei ... até que cheguei para minha próxima visita e os funcionários do escritório de Sharma discutiram e insistiram que eu tivesse que pagar uma copagação dupla. Após 30 minutos de idas e vindas, fui informado de que durante meu exame de bem-estar me perguntaram como estava minha respiração. Aparentemente, não têm relação com o exame de bem-estar e, como respondi, fui cobrado por um exame de bem-estar e uma consulta médica. Eles tentaram culpar meu seguro por não cobri-lo, mas tudo o que meu seguro queria era um copagamento por uma visita pela qual eu não deveria ser cobrado.

Depois de ser paciente nesta instituição por mais de 22 anos, agora acho necessário encontrar um novo médico de atenção primária. O RN examinador insiste que o custo da minha visita e tratamento seja pago adiantado. Ela afirma que minha condição é de um acidente. Recusou-se a cobrar meu seguro de saúde. Tive de deixar o Arnold Family Medicine com muita dor. Ótima maneira de terminar um relacionamento de duas décadas.
