Nós tivemos 5 noites 6 dias em nossas férias. Nosso hotel no Best Western Gold Rush Inn. Muito limpo e as pessoas eram ótimas. Gostava de ter o pub no andar de baixo para café da manhã e jantar. Nossa viagem foi muito cheia e pouco tempo para dormir. Uma das melhores partes de nossa viagem foi o passeio de helicóptero. Nosso piloto era Malcolm. Ele foi fantástico. Nós também fomos recebidos pelo proprietário. Foi uma maneira perfeita de começar nosso tour. Naquela tarde, fizemos um passeio pela reserva de vida selvagem e fontes termais. Sendo canadense, os animais não eram raros, exceto para o Linx e as Fontes Termais foram decepcionantes. A água não estava quente e não muito limpa. O dia seguinte foi um dia inteiro de Snowmobiling. Meu marido dirigia o snowmobile e eu andava na parte de trás. Fiquei muito feliz por meu marido ter experiência com motos de neve na juventude. Nosso guia KGO foi fantástico. Ele foi muito paciente e experiente. Ele tornou o nosso dia inesquecível. Naquela noite, fomos ver as luzes do norte e pudemos vê-las pela câmera e compramos uma foto. Nosso guia Lema estava muito determinado a nos ajudar nisso. A única parte perturbadora de nosso passeio foi o trenó puxado por cães. Lembre-se de que só dormimos 3 horas na noite anterior. Disseram-me que eu não poderia cavalgar no slay em uma excursão de meio dia. Originalmente, não tive escolha ao reservar este passeio com você. Eu andei de trenó puxado por cães no Parque Algonquin e seus cães foram treinados para parar com uma palavra especial e muito mais sob controle. Eu aguentei 2 horas e meia depois de ser arremessado 3 vezes !! foi um milagre eu não estar ferido. Este passeio não é para o cidadão comum da cidade, que tem pouca experiência com essa atividade. A descrição deste passeio foi "um passeio suave pela área serena de Whitehorse". Posso sugerir que você ofereça opções modificadas para nós escolhermos. Os hóspedes do nosso hotel se encontrariam no saguão para discutir nossos passeios e eu não sou a única pessoa que teve uma experiência muito RUIM neste passeio. O boca a boca vai vazar e vai prejudicar essa turnê.

Absolutamente o pior serviço ao cliente que já encontrei. Eu queria reservar um tour por várias cidades com eles. Demorou 2 semanas para receber uma resposta por e-mail de Andersons para um itinerário provisório. Minha resposta a esse e-mail nunca foi respondida. Talvez as coisas se percam no ciberespaço ... Com paciência liguei para tentar marcar a viagem com um agente. Enfatizei com o agente ao telefone que estava muito interessado e queria marcar a viagem. Ela disse que precisava verificar a disponibilidade do hotel e que entraria em contato comigo em breve. Isso foi há 10 dias e ainda não houve resposta. Escusado será dizer que fui em frente e reservei a viagem inteira sozinho. Fique longe de viagens ao Anderson, eles não têm ideia do que é um bom atendimento ao cliente.
