Absolutamente TERRÍVEL! Enviei um monitor Barco TSM com funcionamento TOTAL para um laboratório de cateterismo Philips Azurion (que eles disseram que consertaram). Ele tinha uma pequena rachadura no vidro da frente, além de que era completamente funcional. Eles realizaram sua estimativa e disseram que precisava de um novo LCD. Precisa de um novo LCD porque DESTRUÍRAM completamente o monitor. O que recebi de volta foi um monitor TSM completamente inútil e destruído. Além disso, fui assombrado por seus departamentos de vendas, controle de qualidade e gerenciamento. ASSIM, se você deseja que seus itens sejam CORRIGIDOS, envie-os para outro lugar. Se você gostaria de pagar frete para ter seus itens DESTRUÍDOS, envie-os para lá!

RESPOSTA A ABAIXO: NÃO, sua equipe não comprou outro monitor para me enviar. Eles TENTARAM consertar o monitor que destruíram gratuitamente. No entanto, a correção foi colocar um pedaço de vidro plexi no topo e colocar uma borda laminada. Parece absolutamente barato e terrível, que é o que eu espero desta empresa. Sem mencionar que voltou COM UMA RACHADA AINDA NO CANTO SUPERIOR DIREITO. Novamente, eu não recomendaria esta empresa a NINGUÉM!

Ampronix tem sido a única oficina de reparos médicos em que meu sistema hospitalar confia. Depois de enviar mais de 40 reparos, a qualidade e o preço são excelentes! Muito obrigado e continue assim!
