Comprei uma cozinha há 3 anos, a qualidade é ótima. A instalação era tão real e nunca 100% concluída. ... mas o pior está por vir. Um dos gabinetes elétricos precisa de conserto. Alshaya kitcheng veio ver o problema e pegar o armário e é mais de um ano que estou lutando para recuperá-lo. Tenho um buraco e cabos pendurados no meio da minha cozinha e não consigo obter uma resposta adequada da gerência. Eu continuo ouvindo uma série de desculpas inaceitáveis e atrasos contínuos, sem qualquer sinal de uma resolução imediata. Eu até tentei ligar para AlShaya Kuwait, que disse que não podiam fazer nada (nem mesmo atendeu porque eles só se importam com o varejo). Muito mal. É uma pena porque o produto é bom.
