Comprei lareira a gás da Alfa Olis há um ano. Desde o primeiro dia, o gás vazou. Eles tentaram consertar cerca de 10 vezes, mas a lareira está vazando.
Eles fizeram dois relatos de que a lareira está boa e não há vazamento de gás.
Cancelei a compra na primavera passada, mas eles se recusam a remover a lareira ou consertá-la para que pare de vazar gás.
Em vez disso, eles cobram pela lareira com risco de vida, sem inspeção e relatório de conclusão.
