Usei a Al Fox Realty para administrar minha propriedade alugada. Tive a PIOR experiência da minha vida. Eu tive que despedi-los no meio do nosso contrato por causa de quão pouco profissionais e não responsivos eles eram. NÃO OS RECOMENDO.

Al Fox é muito imprevisível em minha experiência. Ele citou erroneamente meu primeiro aluguel no terceiro aluguel por meio dele. Ele perdeu meu depósito de segurança de $ 3.450 e magicamente o encontrou quando eu apresentei uma cópia do cheque bancário, descontado pelo Executive Property Management. Quando confrontado com problemas de manutenção, ele contrata trabalhadores para fazer o trabalho de Journeymen. Ele fez com que os trabalhadores removessem os dutos no espaço estreito e eles encheram a sala de estar com poeira de amianto. Minha esposa, que é asmática, teve problemas respiratórios. Ele, Al Fox, não supervisionou nenhum trabalho de manutenção. As cortinas não funcionaram corretamente, mesmo depois que a cortina da porta de correr foi completamente substituída. Paguei para instalar um carregador de carro elétrico. Gostaria de ser compensado pelo preço usado do carregador. Ele agrega valor. Ele me enviou uma carta explicando como os $ 3.450 foram gastos. A despesa total de suas despesas correspondeu exatamente ao meu cheque depositado. Não discordo do aluguel rateado, mas contesto o restante dos itens de linha.
Ele me convidou para discutir a carta com ele. Quando fui ao escritório para um cara a cara ele me expulsou e ligou para o Camarillo. Polícia. Eles me ameaçaram se eu voltasse, seria preso. Para quê, simplesmente não sei.
Os outros aluguéis funcionaram bem nas aldeias 9 e 17. A aldeia 14115 foi um desastre. Nem o Departamento de Segurança nem a Al Fox ligaram para o contato de emergência que tinham em arquivo. Meu filho teria resolvido rapidamente todas as questões menores de Al. Ele administrou pessoalmente várias propriedades no sul da Califórnia. Como resultado, perdi tudo, registros financeiros e muitos itens irrecuperáveis.
Fiquei inconsciente por dias no hospital quando soube do desastre e não pude acreditar.

A Al Fox Realty and Management tratou das vendas de nossas casas e também da propriedade de aluguel. Ele e sua esposa Cindy sempre fizeram um ótimo trabalho. Aluguer sempre teve inquilinos de alta qualidade, zero problemas, pagamentos de aluguel perfeitos mês após mês, ano após ano. Além disso, Al cuidava 100% de todos os problemas de manutenção com profissionais de comércio imediatamente. Após 25 anos, posso recomendar altamente AL FOX REALTY AND PROPERTY MANAGEMENT. Ótimas pessoas, ótima equipe, ótimo serviço em Camarillo.
