Nossa missão
Na Agoura Bible Fellowship, nossa missão é glorificar a Deus fazendo discípulos de Jesus Cristo que amam a Deus e amam os outros. Nossas Crenças
Como uma família da igreja centrada no evangelho, nos apegamos à verdade da Palavra de Deus revelada na Bíblia. Acreditamos que a salvação vem somente pela fé em Jesus Cristo, que morreu na cruz por nossos pecados e ressuscitou dos mortos. Também acreditamos na Trindade - um Deus em três pessoas - Pai, Filho e Espírito Santo.
Afirmamos que toda a Escritura é inspirada por Deus e proveitosa para ensinar, repreender, corrigir e treinar na justiça (2 Timóteo 3:16). Portanto, procuramos ensinar a sã doutrina da Escritura para que os crentes possam crescer em maturidade (Efésios 4:11-16).
Nossos Cultos
Na Agoura Bible Fellowship, nos reunimos todos os domingos às 10h para cultos de adoração, onde cantamos hinos juntamente com canções contemporâneas lideradas por nossa equipe de louvor, seguidas de pregação expositiva das escrituras que procura explicar o que significa dentro de seu contexto original, aplicando-o de forma relevante hoje .
Também temos estudos bíblicos no meio da semana nas noites de quarta-feira às 19h, onde os membros podem se reunir para pedidos de oração ou estudar tópicos como teologia ou apologética.
Nosso Alcance Comunitário
Como parte de nossa missão de servir aos outros com amor como Cristo fez (João 13:34-35), a Agoura Bible Fellowship tem vários programas de divulgação projetados especificamente para aqueles que vivem em nossa comunidade:
1) Ministério de Despensa Alimentar - Este ministério fornece assistência alimentar uma vez por mês aos sábados entre as 9h00 e as 12h00.
2) Homeless Outreach Ministry - Este ministério fornece refeições e itens de vestuário uma vez por mês, aos sábados, das 9h às 12h.
3) Ministério de Grupo de Jovens - Este ministério se reúne semanalmente durante os meses do ano letivo, fornecendo ensino bíblico e atividades divertidas.
4) Ministério da Mulher - Este ministério se reúne mensalmente oferecendo ensino bíblico e oportunidades de comunhão.
5) Ministério de Homens - Este ministério se reúne mensalmente, oferecendo oportunidades de ensino bíblico e comunhão.
