A aquisição faz parte do meu trabalho e, devido aos produtos especializados da ACTIVU, tivemos que comprar deles várias vezes. Eles têm o pior serviço que já recebi, tanto pessoal quanto profissionalmente - especificamente um funcionário que é completamente desinteressado por seus clientes. Às vezes, leva meses para receber um produto, o que é bom, mas como eles não cobram até o envio, você precisa enviar vários e-mails para atualizações / ETAs (para o qual você recebe uma resposta vaga e inútil). Por que você precisa enviar um e-mail? Porque o atendimento ao cliente não atende o telefone ou liga de volta em tempo hábil. Até para a cobrança - Demorou meses para corrigir um problema de faturamento. Nunca tive tantos problemas com uma empresa do início ao fim. Se você pode evitá-los, por favor, faça o favor a si mesmo.
