Absolutamente o pior. O ajudante do "turno da noite" deveria estar no quarto da mãe atendendo-a, mas em vez disso, a mãe caiu da cama e precisava da ajuda do 911 de elevador. A resposta deles foi que "foi um incidente infeliz" - não confie nesta agência para cuidar de seus entes queridos. O assessor estava "esticando as pernas"? Realmente, é por isso que a TV em outro quarto estava em um canal diferente do que eu tinha deixado ligada - ela nem estava no quarto com a mamãe. Escreverei comentários em todos os sites em todo este estado se puder evitar apenas um "incidente infeliz".

Não é confiável. Depois de assinar o acordo e dizer que tudo estava preparado, disseram-me 3 dias antes de minha esposa voltar para casa que eles não tinham ninguém. O gerente que fez promessas nem teve a cortesia de telefonar e pedir desculpas. Eu nunca recomendaria esta empresa.

Esta empresa tem alguns problemas. Primeiro, um companheiro diferente foi enviado à casa de meus familiares, apesar do pedido e da garantia de que uma pessoa consistente fosse enviada todas as semanas. Em segundo lugar, durante a crise de Coviod, pedi ao coordenador de cuidados e ao coordenador de agendamento para colocar o prestador de cuidados em espera para limitar o contato que meu parente de 86 anos tinha com pessoas de fora. No entanto, um companheiro ainda apareceu e foi admitido por meu parente confuso, portanto, colocando em risco sua saúde. Eu nunca recomendaria esta empresa, pois eles claramente não têm ideia de como uma empresa de saúde deve ser administrada.
