Attending the Girls' LEAP workshop was a life-changing experience for me. The trainers were incredibly knowledgeable and made me feel safe and supported throughout the entire session. They taught us effective self-defense techniques that I can now confidently use to protect myself. I am beyond grateful for this empowering opportunity.
