I had an incredible experience at the Girls' LEAP Self Defense workshop. The instructors were skilled and supportive, and their passion for empowering women was evident throughout the session. I learned practical self-defense techniques and gained confidence in my abilities. I can't recommend Girls' LEAP enough!
