I found TecTel to be an average company. While the...

I found TecTel to be an average company. While their website is easy to navigate, I had some issues with their customer service. The representatives were not very attentive and failed to address my concerns adequately. However, the technology provided by TecTel is commendable. Overall, an average experience.
