I've been a customer of this bank for a while now and I have to say, their service is average at best. While the staff is generally friendly, I've had issues with their online banking platform. It can be slow and not very intuitive, making it frustrating to use at times. However, their physical branches are conveniently located and offer a wide range of services. Overall, it's an okay bank, but not outstanding.
