As a long-time customer, I have seen Community Bank and Trust go through a lot of changes over the years. They have always been reliable and trustworthy, with competitive rates and a good range of products. Their website is easy to navigate, and I appreciate the convenience of online banking. However, I feel that the company could improve its customer service. There have been a few instances where I had to wait longer than expected for assistance. Despite this, I still consider Community Bank and Trust to be a great choice for banking.
