I had an average experience with Brass city alarm. Their customer service was responsive, but I felt that their approach was more transactional than personalized. The installation process was smooth, but the technician did not spend enough time explaining the system to me in detail. The system itself is reliable, but I expected a higher level of service given their reputation.
